CANCELLATIONS:

To qualify for a refund, the cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Send us an email and let us know your feedback. To provide a good service, we try to ship the packages quickly. For those reasons, after 24 hours time frame, we can’t guarantee any cancellations. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds are reflected on your bank account.

RETURNS:

We have a 100% Delivery guarantee. If the product does not reach your shipping address within the delivery date, with no tracking updates in the last 7 days, we will resend the item at no additional cost.
